Only goods that are incorrect or defective can be returned.
The returned product must be complete (include the product packaging and all items included in the product packaging).
The returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Damaged or unlabeled goods will not be returned.
To exercise the right of return, the Customer must submit a withdrawal application to the email firstname.lastname@example.org and then return the goods, not later than within 14 days after receipt of the goods.
The Seller undertakes to send the correct goods to the Customer immediately (but not later than within 14 days after the return of the product) (if the customer received the wrong goods), provided that the Customer has returned the goods to the Seller within the same term. Defective goods are inspected by Infada Code OÜ. By agreement, repairs the product and sends the goods to the Customer within 14 days.
The money is transferred to the same current account from which it was received by the Seller.
It is not possible to return discounted products.
The customer is obliged to bear all costs related to the return of the goods.
The customer is obliged to include the order invoice or indicate the order number with the package in order to return the product.
